🔁 Exchange Policy – Rugha by Sridevi
At Rugha by Sridevi, we ensure every product goes through strict quality checks before dispatch. However, if you face any issues, we offer an exchange under the following conditions:

✅ Eligibility for Exchange
Exchanges are allowed only for size issue.

Request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

Product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

🎥 Mandatory Unboxing Video
A clear unboxing video is required to process any damage exchange request.

The video must include:

Sealed package before opening

Full unboxing process

Product clearly shown

Requests without proper video proof will not be accepted.

🚫 Non-Eligible Cases

Used, washed, or damaged products (by customer)

Requests raised after 24 hours

No unboxing video proof
